Sign up for Expanded Access by talking to a staff member at any of our full-service locations or by visiting the Mesa Express Library from 9 to 10am, Monday through Friday where a staff member will be onsite to assist as needed.

First, patrons must sign up to get Expanded Access added to their library card by visiting a staff member at one of our full-service locations. Once signed up, patrons will scan their library card barcode and enter their PIN at an entry panel to unlock the door. Once inside, they can freely use in-library resources and self-service equipment.What are the security measures in place?
Maintaining safety and cleanliness is our top priority. We have numerous measures to maintain patron safety while using the facility.- Security cameras monitor the space at all times
