Library Programs:

Meditation for Beginners

Learn the basics of meditation with simple yet powerful techniques that will help you deal with stress wherever you are. We will be seated in chairs, so you do not need a mat.

Time to spark joy, declutter, and get organized! Marie Kondo topped the New York Times Bestseller list with The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up and got even more people talking with her Netflix reality show, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo. Certified KonMari Organizing Consultant Cathy Perez will answer your questions and teach you how to get and stay organized for life. Attendees are encouraged to bring a pen and paper for note taking and an article of clothing to practice folding techniques.
