2018 James Beard Award-Nominated Cookbooks

In addition to recognizing groundbreaking chefs and restaurants, the James Beard Foundation also recognizes books in a variety of categories. Winners for the Book of the Year Award and the Cookbook Hall of Fame inductee will be announced April 27, 2018. In the meantime, here are a few nominees you can borrow from Mesa Public Library:
