FREE ESL CLASS - ESL Conversation Group
Saturdays, 1-2:30 pm, September 17 - November 19
Main Library

Join our literacy group if you would like to practice basic listening and speaking skills. Adult non-native speakers are welcome to this one hour/10 week program.  No registration needed.  Please bring a notebook and pencil. Sponsored by: Laubach Literacy Council of Mesa and Mesa Public Librar

 

Online Tools

Basic ESL
Basic ESL improves an individual’s listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through simple to follow, online courses. Free, but requires registration and login with your Mesa Public Library card.

Learning Express Library (click on All Centers, then Recoursos Para Hispanohablantes)
ESL for Spanish speakers. Tools to help you prepare for the U.S. Citizenship test, and improve your reading, writing, speaking and grammar skills. Free, but requires registration and login with your Mesa Public Library card and PIN.

PowerSpeak Languages
ESL for Spanish speakers or ESL for Mandarin speakers. Features a combination of scored online activities, exercises, lessons, and games. Free, but requires your Mesa Public Library card and PIN to access.

Rocket Languages
