Post Date:07/21/2015 11:03 AM

The Arizona Big Train Operators (ABTO) model train club is back this year bringing more model trains and scenic dioramas to share. The free exhibit will run from July 27 to Aug. 1 at the Mesa Main Library, 64 E. First St., in the Saguaro Room.

Hours for the exhibit are: Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Train enthusiasts will experience more than 300 feet of G-scale tracks with double main lines, garden size trains (1.5 to 2 times the size of O-scale Lionel trains), and dioramas with scenes from Arizona rail towns.

A raffle prize for free coach tickets on the Verde Canyon Railroad and Grand Canyon Railway will be given away.
