Food for Fines is back at Mesa Public Library!

April 9 - April 28

Food For Fines

In celebration of National Library Week we want to offer library patrons the opportunity to help the United Food Bank and have their library fines waived. Between April 9th and April 28th, bring in nonperishable food items to your favorite Mesa Public Library Branch and for each item you bring in $1 of overdue fines will be waived.* This is a wonderful opportunity to clear off some library fines while also helping stock the United Food Bank.

No fines? That’s awesome! We’ll still be happy to accept your donations. Since 2010, your donations have supplied more than 81,500 pounds of food to the community during this annual event. Help make this year our best yet!

Mesa Public Library has four branches

• Mesa Main Library, 64 E. First St.
• Dobson Ranch Library, 2425 S. Dobson Road
• Red Mountain Library, 635 N. Power Road
• Mesa Express Library, 2055 S. Power Road, Suite 1031

*Overdue fines only, other charges not eligible. We are unable to accept glass containers.
