Mesa Public Library is happy to offer free meeting room rentals at our Dobson Ranch branch, Main Library, and Red Mountain branches. We have rooms to accommodate independent or small group use as well as large gatherings.
Rooms reservations are available up to 60 days in advance. Users are limited to one reservation per day for up to four hours.
Please note, all functions must be free and open to the public. No exchange of money is allowed; this includes, but is not limited to, the solicitation of donations, payment of registration fees (either prior to or at the function), payment of membership fees required to attend the function, or the selling of any items.

Dobson Meeting Room – maximum 75 people
Large Study Space – maximum 6 people
Small Study Space #1 – maximum 2 people
Small Study Space #2 – maximum 2 people
Main Library
Saguaro Room – maximum 125 people
Board Room – maximum 20 people
Study Room #1 – maximum 6 people
Red Mountain Branch
Program Room – maximum 200 people
Roadrunner Room – maximum 20 people
Study Room 3 – maximum 10 people
Study Room 2 – maximum 10 people
Study Room 1 – maximum 10 people
